How to order from Pressed by Ingenue
Step 1 --- Sizing
Before you order your first set, get a sizing kit. Sizing kits are the best way to ensure that when you receive your nails, they fit perfectly. The cost of your sizing kit will be credited to your first press on nail set. Click the link below to order your sizing kit and officially start your journey!
Step 2 --- Ordering Custom Sets
Once you have your correct sizes you are ready to make an order! Custom orders (monthly sets and custom design sets) are open on weekdays (Monday- Friday) from 10 AM to 7 PM CST. This is also the best time to contact me for any questions. There are only 15 custom design sets available every week. When all custom spots are full, they do not open again until the next Monday at 10 AM CST.
To order a custom design set, you will need to fill out the custom design set order form. This form will give me all the information I need about your nail set. Click the link below to access the order form and more information on custom design sets.

Ordering Solid Color Sets
Solid color sets are always available to purchase. They don't count toward the 15 custom design sets. You don't need to fill out an order form. Just make sure you have your correct sizing and pick your color(s) from the digital swatch book. Please note, if you order on the weekend or outside of service hours, your order will be processed during the next business day. Check out the swatch book below to find the perfect color for your next solid color set!

Step 3 --- Collaboration
Once you have sent in your order form, I will reach out to you and verify the direction of your set. The order form is quite detailed, but having a conversation ensures that nothing gets left out. These are your dream nails after all! After discussing your set with you, I will let you know which item to add to your cart on the website. If you are ordering a solid color set you can skip this step!
Step 4 --- Checkout
You will then add your item to the cart, fill out your address, email and any other required information. Don't forget to use the discount code for your first order. This code will be sent to your email after you order your sizing kit. It will also come in the package with your sizing kit Then you can check out. After that you will get a confirmation email and I will get started on your set! Note: Your order is only complete once you checkout on the website!
Step 5 --- Shipping & Delivery
I will complete your set within a week of your order being made through the website. Shipping and processing time is between 7-14 days after that. For example, if you order on a Monday, I will be taking your completed order to the post office the following Monday. Once the shipping carrier gets your package, you will receive an email with your order number and tracking number. I do everything I can to ensure safe delivery of your package.
